1. Tom Holland addresses terrible reviews for new show 'The Crowded Room'

They can't all be winners. Tom Holland told The Hollywood Reporter it "was a kick in the teeth" when his new show, "The Crowded Room," received terrible early reviews from critics. "Rolling over, looking up the reviews, and then all of a sudden I was like, 'Wow. That's a bad review,'" the actor recalled, and the outlet noted he admitted this unprompted. "Sometimes there's a redeeming quality in there. There was nothing." Holland described "The Crowded Room," in which he plays a man arrested for his involvement in a shooting, as the hardest thing he's done, so much so that it led him to take a year off. But the series currently holds a weak 30% score on Rotten Tomatoes, making it his latest project to receive negative reviews after films like "Cherry" and "Chaos Walking." Still, Holland took comfort in the fact that this was just the first batch of reviews, and "there will be good ones." A Spider-Man can dream.

2. Kevin Costner claims estranged wife won't leave house

Home is where Kevin Costner's estranged wife is, and that's the problem. The "Yellowstone" actor alleges Christine Baumgartner is refusing to leave their home amid their divorce, TMZ reports. Baumgartner filed for divorce from Costner on May 1, and their prenup reportedly states she has 30 days to vacate the home. But she allegedly hasn't done so, so Costner wants a court to get involved. The actor says he has given his estranged wife over $1 million to find a new home and is also "open to contributing as part of his child support obligations" $30,000 per month for a rental house and $10,000 for moving costs, TMZ writes. But he alleges she's staying put as leverage to make "various financial demands." Costner and Baumgartner were married for 18 years, but his rep confirmed last month that "circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action."

3. Carrie Fisher's final movie set for release

No one's ever really gone. A never-before-seen Carrie Fisher movie is finally set to be released seven years after her death. The "Star Wars" star finished shooting her role in "Wonderwell" six weeks before she died in 2016, and the film is now getting a limited theatrical run starting June 23, followed by a digital release, Deadline reports. Kiera Milward, Rita Ora, Nell Tiger Free, and Sebastian Croft star in the fantasy movie, and Fisher plays the enigmatic Hazel, who the main character encounters in the forest. Director Vlad Marsavin told Deadline the delay was partially because "visual effects on a movie of this magnitude takes time," and pandemic lockdowns presented challenges. Marsavin also said Fisher was "full of energy" during the shoot, recalling that they celebrated her birthday and the party was "shut down by the police" for being too loud. Fisher previously made a posthumous appearance in 2019's "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" via unused footage from "The Force Awakens."

4. Conan O'Brien officiated Andy Richter's wedding

My next groom needs no introduction. Conan O'Brien sidekick Andy Richter revealed to Page Six the late-night host recently officiated his wedding. Richter and Jennifer Herrera tied the knot over the weekend, and according to Richter, her friend was supposed to marry them. But the friend had to pull out, leading O'Brien to step in. The wedding was held at Richter's home in California, and he described it as a "low-key house party." In 2011, O'Brien officiated his costume designer's same-sex wedding on his show, chronicling the ridiculously easy process of becoming an ordained minister and noting it took him just a few minutes. "I knew he had done it [before] because he married our wardrobe designer on our show," Richter told Page Six. "So I asked him to do it and he did it!" No word on whether there was a role in the wedding for the Masturbating Bear.

5. Warner Bros. 'hoping to get Nolan back' after breakup

Forget about Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn. Let's talk about a far juicier breakup: Christopher Nolan and Warner Bros. "We're hoping to get Nolan back," Warner Bros. Film Group co-CEO Michael De Luca told Variety after the "Dark Knight" director parted ways with the studio. "I think there's a world." Nolan unloaded on Warner Bros. in 2020 over the decision to send films to streaming during the pandemic, dubbing HBO Max "the worst streaming service." So with "Oppenheimer," he ended his long relationship with the studio and took his business to Universal — and Warner Bros. has a movie, "Barbie," going up against "Oppenheimer" on the same day. Still, the studio is looking to "mend fences" with Nolan, Variety reports, adding that he received a seven-figure royalty check from Warner Bros. for "Tenet" and has done post-production work on "Oppenheimer" on the Warners lot "in a sign that the healing has begun." Time, or perhaps an offer to direct "Barbie 2," heals all wounds.
