Stephen King has posted a droll tweet after an explosion at a toilet paper factory in Maine. Following the incident, in which no injuries were reported, the horror author wrote: “A paper mill blew up in Jay, Maine today, not too far down the road from us. A TOILET paper mill. So keep a stack of magazines and advertising circulars handy.”
‘Dead’ woman wakes up in a body bag
A Paraguayan woman was surprised to wake up in a body bag – after wrongly being declared dead. Gladys Rodriguez Duarte had gone to San Fernando Clinic, in the city of Coronel Oviedo, with high blood pressure. She was declared dead but when she arrived at a funeral parlour staff noticed she was moving inside a body bag.

Influencer says fans should drink period blood
A Swedish influencer has told her female followers to drink their own period blood to shorten their periods. Bianca Ingrosso, who has more than one million followers on Instagram, said: “There is this latest tip and that is to drink your own period blood. Because it should make periods go away faster as you get all the vitamins you otherwise lose by drinking blood.” She was promptly ridiculed by followers, with journalist Claire Reid writing: “This is, of course, absolute b******* and is not backed by any sort of science.”
