Drunk driver says dog was at the wheel

A Florida man pulled over for driving erratically has reportedly told police officers that his dog was driving the car. Police noticed a strong smell of alcohol on the man’s breath, and noted that there wasn’t actually a dog in the car. The driver was arrested and charged with drunk driving.
Facebook says US Independence document is racist
Facebook has reportedly censored parts of the US Declaration of Independence on the grounds that it contains hate speech. The social media platform’s algorithm flagged section 10 of the document, which contains the phrase “merciless Indian savages”. Facebook has apologised for the error and reinstated the offending post.

Healer dies testing bulletproof charms
A Nigerian healer has died while testing bulletproof charms. The 26-year-old man instructed one of his clients to shoot at him while he was wearing the charm around his neck. However, the charms failed to work and the healer died at the scene. The shooter has been charged with murder.
