Eminem sued for $8 million over allegedly stolen 'Rap God' sample

More than a year after its release, Eminem's "Rap God" is still drumming up controversy. This time, it's not the content of the lyrics; it's the originality of the track.

Raymond James, of the hip-hop group Hotstylz, has filed an $8 million lawsuit against Eminem and his record label, alleging that an extended verse in the middle of "Rap God" cribs from his own verse on "Lookin Boy."
