Jonathan Gruber will finally make some statements that are not taken from unearthed video when he testifies on the transparency of the Affordable Care Act before the House Oversight Committee next month.
Rep. Darrell Issa, (R-Calif.) chairman of the House committee, asked Gruber and Marilyn Tavenner, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service administrator, to appear and answer questions on ObamaCare. The hearing is set to be held on Dec. 9.
