Saturday Night Live explained this weekend how an immigration bill becomes a law in Obama's White House. Or, more accurately, the show explained why Obama opted to act alone on immigration instead of waiting for Congress to send him a bill — and they did it all to the tune of an iconic Schoolhouse Rock! song.
