Condoleezza Rice blasts Obama foreign policy, says 'nobody listens' to U.S.

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice attacked President Obama's global leadership in a Fox News interview that aired Monday.
"What we're seeing is that when the United States steps back and speaks softly, nobody listens," she said. "Americans also don't like the world that they get when the United States is not deeply engaged and deeply involved."
She also praised predecessor President George W. Bush's attention to Iraq, and blasted Obama for pulling troops out. Iraqis could have been trained better in counter-terrorism efforts, Rice argued, and the U.S. could have kept track of ISIS's growth. Watch the full clip here.
