Democrats may be on the verge of scoring a huge upset in Georgia's Senate race, as a PPP poll released Monday finds the contest tied.

Republican David Perdue and Democrat Michelle Nunn sit at 47 percent apiece in the survey, with three percent going to Libertarian candidate Amanda Swafford. In PPP's previous poll, taken earlier in the month, Nunn trailed by three percentage points.

Nunn has gained significant ground over the past two months, and the race is now a complete toss-up, per FiveThirtyEight's projection system.
