Stop slamming those pumpkin spice lattes, and step away from the apple cider donuts; it's almost Halloween, and Subway wants to make sure you ditch the fall food favorites so you can fit into those Attractive Nurse and Foxy Fullback costumes.

The sandwich chain has decided to turn one night of dressing up into an extended period known as costume season (which, the company's YouTube page says, comes right after bikini season). And in a new advertisement, the company is urging viewers to eat at Subway so they can "stay in shape for all the costumes." Since nothing says healthy quite like sodium-drenched deli meats, it sounds like they're onto something.
