"Net neutrality" is a very boring term for a pretty important idea: that all information on the internet should be treated equally, without preferential treatment for web services that can afford it. Lots of people on the internet have tried to explain net neutrality and the Federal Communications Commission's internal battle — and losing fight with a particular federal court — to enforce or undermine it. Jimmy Kimmel tried a different tactic on Wednesday night's Jimmy Kimmel Live.
