A 97-year-old Kansas woman was denied the right to vote because she couldn't provide valid ID. Beth Hiller arrived at the Topeka polling station on a shuttle from her nursing home but was turned away because she had no driver's license or other photo ID. She was also not allowed to cast a provisional ballot.
