After nearly 10 years off the air, Project Greenlight is being revived by HBO. The show, a love child of Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, gives viewers a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how a first-time director produces a movie. It aired on HBO from 2001 to 2003 before finishing up its run on Bravo two years later.

Damon and Affleck will return as executive producers of the new season, which doesn't yet have a premiere date. Affleck said in a statement that the show was "ahead of its time" and thanks to advances in technology, now is the "perfect time" to bring it back. "A whole new generation of filmmakers has grown up sharing everything, and the next big director could be just an upload away."
