Ted Cruz criticizes Obama's 'photo-op foreign policy'

President Obama's letter requesting "limited" use of American force against ISIS, sent today to Congress, may be too little, too late in the eyes of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who says we have not seen the commander-in-chief act against the Islamic State with a "seriousness of purpose."

At the Center for Security Policy's "Defeat Jihad" summit this morning, the junior senator called Obama's approach to ISIS "photo-op foreign policy — a bomb here, a missile there."
