A jury on Monday found the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization liable for supporting a half dozen terror attacks from 2002 to 2004 in Israel that killed American citizens. The Manhattan jury awarded the victims $218.5 million, though the figure could triple under the Anti-Terrorism Act, which allows plaintiffs to file suit in U.S. court over international acts of terrorism. The case involved 10 American families impacted by the attacks, which in total killed 33 people and injured more than 400 others.
