Cher sweetly calls Letterman an 'a-hole' one last time

When Cher made her first appearance on David Letterman's Late Night, she called him an "asshole," she reminded him on Thursday's Late Show. "Oh yes, I remember that," Letterman laughed. "I always took it with a grain of salt," he added. "No you didn't," Cher said, reminding him of a People interview in which he mentioned it a few times. So, 29 years later, Cher wanted to tell Letterman something "from the bottom of my heart, no bullsh-tting," and it's sweet. Even her parting shot. Thanks to the censors, it is also SFW. —Peter Weber
