The 'Prince George effect' causes Crocs sales to go up 1,500 percent

Crocs are cool again, thanks to Prince George.

Earlier this year, the company — which saw quarterly sales decline 16 percent during the first quarter — ramped up production and launched a marketing campaign in hopes of bringing attention back to their shoes. Little did they know that all they needed to do was enlist the help of George to get that coveted royal boost.
