Most Californians joke that the second raindrops start descending from the sky, everyone forgets how to drive. When a much-needed storm made its way through Southern California Tuesday, the Los Angeles Times provided a tongue-in-cheek but (sadly) vital video with tips on how to drive in the rain, including turn on your headlights and windshield wipers (which hopefully "haven't melted in the sun") and avoid standing water ("just avoid it, hydroplaning is too hard to explain").
