About 15 Planned Parenthood protesters chanted and threw condoms at Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina on Saturday as she campaigned at a University of Iowa football tailgate, ABC News reports. One even dressed as a monthly supply of birth control pills.

A condom landed on Fiorina's head, which she immediately swatted off.

At CNN's Republican debate earlier in September, Fiorina performed well — and surged in polls afterward — but also drew criticism in response to her comments about the women's health clinic. She incorrectly claimed video footage shows Planned Parenthood keeping a fetus alive to harvest its brain.

Fiorina repeated the claim Saturday, telling a Planned Parenthood patient, "You need to ask yourself some questions, [like] why is it that fetuses are butchered alive to harvest their brains. Why?"
