Ted Cruz fears the San Bernardino shooting is 'radical Islamic terrorism here at home'

Despite admitting that "details of what happened at San Bernardino are still unclear," Texas Sen. Ted Cruz went ahead and suggested Wednesday that the mass shooting in California could be tied to "radical Islamic terrorism."
"All of us are deeply concerned that this is yet another manifestation of terrorism, radical Islamic terrorism here at home," the Republican presidential candidate said at at the Republican Jewish Coalition's candidate forum Thursday.
Cruz noted that the shooting took place just weeks after the terrorist attacks in Paris. "[T]his horrific murder underscores that we are at a time of war," Cruz said. "Whether or not the current administration realizes it or is willing to acknowledge it, our enemies are at war with us."
