Caitlyn Jenner is writing a memoir about her transition

What's next for Caitlyn Jenner? A memoir.
The I Am Cait star announced Tuesday that she will detail her gender transition, as well as her childhood, marriages, and years as Olympic track star Bruce Jenner in a memoir co-written with Buzz Bissinger, the author and journalist behind her iconic Vanity Fair cover story. The book is slated to be published by Grand Central Publishing in the spring of 2017.
"I made it clear to her before I agreed that everything has to be on the table, nothing can be left out, and I'm going to be interviewing dozens of other people," Bissinger said. "It's her book, but it's going to be reported out to keep her honest. She's been incredibly open, and I think it has the potential to be a really important book."

Since Jenner officially came out as transgender in an April interview with Diane Sawyer, she's starred in the E! series I Am Cait, won the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs, and was named Barbara Walters' "Most Fascinating Person of 2015." Jenner hopes that publishing this memoir will help her to process all that's happened. "Things have been moving so quickly that it will be nice to slow things down a bit and take the proper time to reflect on this journey," Jenner said.
