Anthony Weiner talks candidly about his scandals: 'I was just falling apart'

Former U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) famously tanked his own career — not once, but twice — with sexting scandals. Almost three years after his mayoral primary bid, Weiner sat down with The Huffington Post to reflect on what happened.
"I was just falling apart," he said of how he ended up in a fight with a man at a kosher bakery.
He said while campaigning for mayor, he knew there was a chance the fact that he didn't stop sexting after resigning from Congress would emerge, and he was anxious about it.

"I knew that behind the headline could be this hammer that could come down on me," he said.
But don't worry too much about Weiner's happiness. Apparently, he still thinks pretty highly of himself.
"I'm probably the best campaign politician you will ever interview. I'm like perfectly evolved," Weiner said. "I'm like the Arnold Schwarzenegger Terminator."
