Sanders, Cruz hold narrow leads in Wisconsin one day ahead of primaries

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton may be presidential frontrunners, but their chances of victory in Wisconsin's Tuesday primaries still don't look so promising. An Emerson College Polling Society survey out Monday — the day before the Badger State's primaries — shows the candidates lagging behind Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), respectively.
Cruz leads Trump by 5 points, 40 percent to 35 percent, marking a tighter race than previous polls were predicting. Sanders, on the other hand, has increased his lead by 2 points from when the poll was last taken two weeks ago. He now leads Clinton by 8 points, with 51 percent to her 43 percent.
The poll of Democratic candidates has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.2 percent. The GOP poll's margin of error is plus or minus 4.1 percent.
