Ted Cruz has won the Wisconsin Republican primary, several media outlets are projecting.

With 99 percent of precincts reporting, Cruz has 48 percent of the vote, ahead of Donald Trump with 35 percent and John Kasich with 14 percent. Going into the primary, Cruz led in the polls. In Wisconsin, the state's Republican winner will receive 15 delegates, with 24 delegates split across the eight congressional districts and given to the winner of each district.
