A 42-year-old crew member on Harmony of the Seas, the largest cruise liner in the world, died on Tuesday during a safety exercise.

Four others were injured when the lifeboat they were in fell from the fifth deck to the water, 33 feet below. Two of the crew members are hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. The accident happened during a stopover in Marseille, the BBC reports. Operator Royal Caribbean says it is "keeping our colleagues and their families in our thoughts and prayers."
