Trump's lawyer spent last night sparring with a troll
A member of President Trump's legal team responded to needling, profanity-laced emails from "unabashed troll" and Washington, D.C., ramen chain owner Jeff Jetton on Tuesday night, describing himself as being one of the "adults in the room" at the White House alongside Chief of Staff John Kelly, Business Insider reports.
White House special counsel Ty Cobb replied to an email from Jetton that asked: "How are you sleeping at night? You're a monster." Cobb, rather than ignore the email, replied: "Like a baby…"
Jetton continued to trash Cobb for his role in the administration, calling him "less of a grumpy baseball player and more of that horrid clown from the Stephen King novel." Jetton additionally claimed Trump is "screwing everyday Americans." Cobb kept replying, though, answering Jetton by writing: "Dude, U have no idea! I walked away from $4 million annually to do this..." Cobb additionally told Jetton that he "can say assertively [that] more adults in the room will be better. Me and Kelly among others."
