For those dreading the arrival of Pumpkin Spice Latte season, take solace in the fact that fall might also bring the return of David S. Pumpkins. Tom Hanks seemingly hinted in an Instagram post Thursday evening that his pumpkin suit-clad character could be coming back to Saturday Night Live this season:
Hanks fittingly captioned the post with David S. Pumpkins' classic tagline, "Any questions?" Of course we have questions about the prospect of David S. Pumpkins bringing "pumpkins to life, making them float and sing" in what the script — or, at least, what appears to be a script — describes as "a very Sorcerer's Apprentice-type sequence."
