Trump urges protesters to 'stay peaceful' minutes after criticizing Pence for not overturning electoral college results


President Trump on Wednesday expressed his disappointment in Vice President Mike Pence, tweeting that he lacked the "courage" to block the Electoral College certification, which was paused after Trump supporters breached the United States Capitol. Trump has asserted that Pence has the authority to toss out votes, despite the Constitution only granting him ceremonial powers during the process.
