This Democratic congressman just had the perfect response to Trump's responsibility-shucking over the GOP health-care bill
Virginia Rep. Don Beyer (D) cleverly mocked President Trump's latest excuse (or rather, excuses) about why the GOP health-care bill failed in a GOP-controlled Senate:
