Container Park“Dedicated eaters and downtown hipsters alike” are flocking to this open-air retail and dining incubator—a sort of outdoor mall in which every business operates out of a sleekly retrofitted shipping container. WildMiki Agrawal’s commitment to additive-, hormone-, and pesticide-free ingredients might seem “a bit hippy-dippy” for Sin City, but her first outlet outside New York City already feels like a Strip fixture.
