Ke$ha, Lindsey Vonn, Sean Penn

Pop star Ke$ha has entered rehab for an eating disorder. The singer told friends that nasty cracks about her weight from her music producer Dr. Luke were to blame for her problem, says TMZ.com. Luke—who signed Ke$ha to a deal at the age of 18, and who has worked with Miley Cyrus and Rihanna—-allegedly told her during a music video shoot that she looked like a “f---ing refrigerator,” the website reported. Last week, Ke$ha announced she would be spending 30 days at the Timberline Knolls clinic near Chicago, where she would “learn to love” herself again. “I’m a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself,” said the star, “but I’ve found it hard to practice.”

Champion skier Lindsey Vonn won’t be defending her downhill title at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, after failing to recover from a knee injury sustained during last year’s World Championships. Though expected by many, the news was a blow to NBC, which was planning to make the skier’s comeback from injury one of the centerpieces of its Olympic TV coverage. Vonn, who is dating golfer Tiger Woods, tore two knee ligaments in last year’s downhill championships, but had been making a steady recovery until a training crash in November. Since then, she’s admitted that she has virtually no anterior cruciate ligament left—and has not been on skis since December. The decision could affect the photogenic skier’s endorsement earnings, estimated at $6 million a year.
