1. Oprah shells out $2 million for Lindsay Lohan reality series

Most people don't get paid to go to therapy. But then again, most people aren't Lindsay Lohan, who TMZ reports will earn a cool $2 million for an eight-part docu-series on Oprah Winfrey's OWN. The series will reportedly focus on Lohan's "struggles, her career, and her plans for the future" — though between I Know Who Killed Me and Liz and Dick, it's not clear how much time they'll devote to the last two. 2. There are at least a few signed copies of that secret J.K. Rowling novel

Now that J.K. Rowling has been outed as the real author of crime novel The Cuckoo's Calling, one might think it would be difficult to track down a signed copy, since credited author Robert Galbraith didn't actually exist. But according to Entertainment Weekly, Rowling did actually sign a few copies as Robert Galbraith — and surprise, surprise, they're worth a whole lot more now. Bids for a signed copy of the book on eBay recently topped $3,000, which is pretty impressive for a book about a muggle. [Entertainment Weekly]

3. Tom Cruise delivers a surprise graduation speech for acting students

Graduates from Santa Monica's Joanne Baron/D.W. Brown acting studio got an unexpected surprise on Sunday: A graduation speech from noted famous person Tom Cruise. According to USA Today, the Mission: Impossible star showed up unannounced to share some of his Hollywood tips with the graduating class, including "don't hide in the trailer" and "be prepared." We can only hope that he also taught them how to run like a constipated robot. [USA Today]

4. Fergie and Josh Duhamel are having a boy

As Fergie's lovely baby bump has grown over the past six months, the Black Eyed Peas singer and actor Josh Duhamel have been coy about whether or not she'll be having a boy or a girl. But during a recent taping of LIVE with Kelly and Michael, Duhamel confirmed both the gender of the baby and his adherence to traditional gender colors by selecting a blue onesie. Now that we finally know the gender of the Ferghamel baby, it's probably time to redefine "Fergalicious" as "make a boy with Duhamel." [People]

5. Justin Bieber accused of spitting on a DJ

At this point, it would probably be easier to make a list of sub-Dennis the Menace tomfoolery that Justin Bieber hasn't been accused of taking part in. Today's example? An allegation, made by an Ohio DJ, that the Biebs spit in his face after he caught the DJ snapping pictures of the 19-year-old in the 21-plus club. "He called my mum something, called my dad something, called me something," added the DJ, while failing to elaborate on what the "something" was — so let's just assume it was "baby, baby, oh."
