This “long-forgotten” 1974 crime drama “is worth a look,” even if the feature it’s paired with isn’t, said the Bergen County, N.J., Record. Jason Miller (The Exorcist) stars as a Mob underling whose grip on his underworld fiefdom is slipping. “You can practically smell the desperation.”
