The Man From U.N.C.L.E.: 8 Movie Collection

TV’s The Man From U.N.C.L.E. was one of the “most inspired progeny” of James Bond’s early-1960s success, said USA Today. Theatrical-release versions of eight episodes are included here, all featuring the tech gadgets and femme fatales you’d expect from consultant Ian Fleming.

Among the many new superhero films released this year, this may have been the sole “terrific movie,” said The Washington Post. Chris Evans has “just the right amount of confidence and aw-shucks modesty,” playing a skinny Brooklyn kid who’s injected with a muscle-building serum to battle the Nazis.
