Terrorist has demands: Anders Behring Breivik, the anti-Muslim extremist who confessed to murdering 77 Norwegians, offered this week to reveal the whereabouts of more terror cells across Europe, provided that the Norwegian government resigns and Japanese psychiatrists are engaged to examine him. Breivik, who blames the governing Labor Party for increased immigration in Norway, set off a bomb near government buildings in Oslo and then methodically shot as many young party members as he could at a party-run summer camp. “His demands here include the complete overthrowing of both the Norwegian and European societies,” said Breivik’s lawyer, Geir Lippestad. “This whole case has indicated that he is insane.” Norwegian police doubt that Breivik has information about other cells.
