Love letter arrives 53 years late

A love letter written to a college student was finally delivered last week—53 years after it was mailed. The letter, postmarked Feb. 20, 1958, was addressed to Clark C. Moore, then a student in Pennsylvania. The letter, signed “Love forever, Vonnie,” requests that Moore “write me real soon.” Moore, who has since changed his name to Muhammad Siddeeq, says he married Vonnie years ago, had four kids, and then divorced. “We don’t have that much to say to each other now,” says Siddeeq.
