Gossip: Chris Brown
The singer was so angry after an interview on Good Morning America that he threw a chair against a window, breaking glass that rained on passersby on the street below.
Singer Chris Brown flew into a violent rage this week after an ABC morning-show anchor asked him several questions about his physical assault on former girlfriend Rihanna. On Good Morning America, anchor Robin Roberts asked Brown about the restraining order placed on him because of the 2009 assault, and whether he’d had any recent contact with Rihanna. “I am past that in my life,” a visibly uncomfortable Brown replied. He stormed off the set at the end of the segment, shouting, “That wasn’t cool, man!” In his dressing room, he ripped off his shirt and threw a metal chair against a window, breaking glass that rained on passersby on the street below. “I’m so over people bringing this past s--- up!!!” he later tweeted. ABC said it wouldn’t press charges.
