Gossip: Lindsay Lohan
Lohan is likely to serve her jail sentence in a sparsely decorated, 12-by-8 cell that features a bunk, a toilet, a 6-inch window, and one hot meal per day.
Lindsay Lohan shouldn’t expect preferential treatment when she begins serving her jail sentence on July 20, said People. Accommodations at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., will be a far cry from what the actress, 24, is used to. She’ll likely spend 22 hours a day in a sparsely decorated, 12-by-8 cell that features a bunk, a toilet, and only one narrow, 6-inch window, and will receive only one hot meal per day, usually consisting of processed chicken cubes that inmates dub “erasers.” She’ll also likely be separated from the general population “for her protection and that of the jail staff,” said a spokesperson for the L.A. County sheriff’s office. Lohan is reported to be terrified at the prospect of spending so much time alone.
