This collection offers “fresh insight into the development of one of America’s most revered and culturally resonant comedians,” said The New York Times. Highlights include the thriller The Cat and the Canary and The Road to Morocco, Hope’s third comic collaboration with Bing Crosby.

It’s not surprising that Hollywood has made The A-Team into a movie, said The Toronto Sun. The ’80s TV series had “sass, sarcasm, and the kind of crude action” that can often be even funnier than the jokes. Timed to coincide with the film’s release, this DVD collection is packaged in a box shaped like the team’s van.
