A New York woman has filed a lawsuit against her former supervisor, claiming that he frequently broke wind. Roberta Feinsmith, 67, an executive assistant at the Jewish Theological Seminary, alleges that supervisor Alan Cooper discriminated against older workers, and unleashed “constant barrages of ... flatulence” in her work area.

The Atlanta transit agency is under fire for naming the trains serving the suburb of Doraville, home to a large Asian-American population, the “Yellow Line.” John Yasutake, an employee of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, says supervisors ignored his warning that the Yellow Line would offend Asians. “Would we run a line through East Point or the West End and call it the Black Line?” he said.
