Monks claim Boston boy is a reincarnated Buddhist high priest

An 11-year-old Boston boy is moving to India after recalling a previous life as a Buddhist high priest. On a visit to a monastery in India, Jigme Wangchuk fell into a trance and described a past life, referring accurately to an ancient temple that had a dragon on its roof. The stunned monks decided Wangchuk was the reincarnation of holy man Galwa Lorepa, who died in 1250. Wangchuk then agreed to spend a decade of monastic life. “I will miss my school days,” he said, but “I like it here.”
