BAD DAY FOR: Unfortunate names, after Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson is expected to name Neel Kashkari to oversee the $700 billion Wall Street bailout program. Kashkari, a top aide to Paulson, is expected to head the new Office of Financial Stability until the next president takes office in January. (Bloomberg)
