Jim Webb (D-Va.) horrified D.C.'s "etiquette police" by skipping the reception line so he wouldn't have to make small talk with George W. Bush, whose policies he deeply opposes. Later, Bush approached Webb, whose son is a Marine in Iraq, and asked, "How's your boy?" Webb shot back, "I'd like to get them out of Iraq, Mr. President."
