England face the Netherlands in the Uefa Nations League semi-final tonight and head coach Gareth Southgate has some big decisions to make over his team selection.
The Guardian and the Daily Mail report that Southgate will “gamble” by resting Kane. That means Raheem Sterling could skipper the Three Lions in Guimaraes.

Metro says that Sterling was left “steaming” after his management company sent out a press release yesterday saying the Manchester City forward would be given the England armband on what will be his 50th cap.
Sterling was “sorry for the captain cock-up”, says the Star, and apologised to England boss Southgate who was “done up like a skipper”.
Tonight’s semi-final at the Estádio D. Afonso Henriques kicks-off at 7.45pm and is live on Sky Sports. The winners will play Portugal in Sunday’s Nations League final.
