1. KERRY IN IRAQ AS ISIS ‘SIEZE REFINERY’

US secretary of state John Kerry has arrived in Irbil, in the north of Iraq, to urge the leaders of the autonomous Kurdish region not to turn their back on talks in Baghdad. Meanwhile, the Sunni rebel ISIS group have claimed they have captured the country’s biggest oil refinery after days of heavy fighting.
