1. IS MILIBAND ON BRINK OF STANDING DOWN?

Ed Miliband is facing a deepening crisis as at least 20 shadow ministers are said to be on the brink of calling for him to stand down. The frontbenchers will go public if former home secretary Alan Johnson agrees to replace him. Meanwhile, just 34% of people who voted Labour in 2010 believe Miliband is up to the job of being prime minister – down from 51% a month ago.
