The dates for the 2020 Formula 1 race calendar and pre-season tests have been confirmed following a meeting of the FIA World Motor Sport Council in Germany.
There will be seven back-to-back grand prix weekends on the record 22-race calendar. Vietnam (5 April) and the Netherlands (3 May) are new additions and the German GP has been dropped.

The 2020 F1 British GP will be held at Silverstone on 19 July and the F1 summer break will fall after the Hungarian GP on 2 August.
Racing resumes in Belgium on 30 August and the season will finish in Abu Dhabi on 29 November.
When is pre-season testing?
In 2020 there will be six days of pre-season testing instead of two four-day tests.
Because of an extra race in the annual schedule the test sessions at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya will be held from 19-21 February and 26-28 February. There will be no in-season testing.
