Health officials believe that a visitor to Disneyland or Disney California Adventure with measles is likely responsible for infecting nine other people.

The cases were reported in California and Utah, and officials think the patients were exposed at the theme parks between Dec. 15 and Dec. 20, the Los Angeles Times reports. Although measles has largely been eradicated in the United States, an increase in cases is worrying officials in Orange County, which had 22 of 62 cases reported in California last year. They believe the high number could be due to the anti-vaccination movement.
