Connecticut police delivered Christmas toys in a $250,000 armored vehicle
On Comet! On Cupid! On, Donner! On, uh, Bearcat?
Police in Manchester, Connecticut, eschewed the traditional sleigh on Christmas Day, instead doling out gifts while cruising around in an armored personnel carrier. The department distributed toys, collected by the local Elks Club, to 44 children around the town, according to NBC Connecticut.

Though the $250,000 Bearcat may seem more suited to the battlefield than the North Pole, its recent holiday deployment makes a lot more sense when you consider the ongoing War on Christmas.
