By a 55 percent to 34 percent split, Americans believe Republicans are acting "more out of antagonism toward President Obama" than out of a "deep belief in their vision" for America, according to a Bloomberg poll out Tuesday. On the flip side, 54 percent say Obama is acting on what he believes is right, while 36 percent think he's more concerned with needling the GOP.
That said, Obama still sports a terrible 39 percent approval rating in the poll. And 45 percent of Americans profess a favorable opinion of the GOP — the party's best mark in five years.
