Scott Walker: Hillary Clinton 'the big loser' in midterm elections

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) said Sunday that the GOP's best chance to beat presumptive 2016 candidate Hillary Clinton is to run a Washington outsider — perhaps a governor like himself — against her.
"If we're going to beat Hillary Clinton in this next election, we've got to have a message that says Hillary Clinton is all about Washington," he said on Meet the Press.
"In many ways she was the big loser on Tuesday, because she embodies everything that's wrong with Washington," he added.
